Kolberg-Pioneer Horizontal Impact Crusher

The 4250 CC Track Mounted Crusher runs on a 400 HP Cummins Diesel and crushes up to 400 tons per hour. Chunks of used asphalt waste and demo concrete up to 3 feet can be tossed in the hopper and crushed down to less than 1 inch in just a short matter of minutes. This portable unit is transported to jobsites via tractor-trailer units

Asphalt waste which is generated through the daily production of asphalt within our own plant, accumulates heavily and quickly. Through a process known as RAP, Recycled Asphalt Product, the excess material is sent back through the process, re-crushed back to its original state and generated into asphalt once again. An estimated 5-15 tons of RAP is recycled for every day the plant is in operation.

Another approach of recycling aggregates involves a popular construction material product referred to as ABC, Aggregate Base Coarse. Through the process of crushing used concrete and asphalt obtained from demolition sites and then brought back to the gravel pit where it is crushed down, this regenerated ABC material can be used as a base in the process of building roads.
